Finding Her

A little smile, a fleeting glance,
Then she disappeared before I had a chance.
I've been walking through these empty streets,
Chasing echoes of a melody.
Every face I see could be the one,
But the search goes on and on.
Maybe somewhere, somehow, she's looking for me, right now.
Two hearts lost in the same blue sky,
Waiting for the perfect time.
