Almost Real

Still wishing time would lose its name.
You never tried to close the distance.
Still, somehow nothing felt apart.
Some places can't be reached by words.
Yet somehow, know exactly where we are.
I don't remember every sentence, or who looked away first.
Funny how the smallest details fade,
While one feeling stays untouched.
Maybe nothing has to happen to become a memory.
Maybe that's the quiet difference between looking and seeing.
Almost real.
