Left my jacket at your doorway, didn't bother turning back,
I took the train but missed the right stop,
Walked alone beneath the tracks.
And I held back the anger, then I let it slip away,
With my hands against the mirror, didn't recognize my face.
Drew a line across the surface,
Watched the cracks reveal my name.
Thought I'd break inside the silence,
Thought I'd lose it in the fall,
