Could This Be Different

Your hand is warm against my back,
I'm spinning faster than the track.
I've done this dance a hundred times,
But now I'm catching different signs.
The way you look, the way you move,
I'm trying hard not to assume.
Could this be different?
Could this be real?
Or am I making up what I feel?
The floor is turning, I'm holding tight,
Could this be different tonight?
